Haven’t been able to host a BEG/INT pop-up in a while, but glad to be back! This class is designed for adults who have a passion and desire for dance and want to explore that through a choreography class. The class will start with a warm-up of grooves that leads to a stretch. Be prepared to sweat and have some fun! *If you took class last time, I wish we had more time, so I am making class 2 hours!
